FGI partnered with Zendesk and their public relations agency, KekstCNC, to create a comprehensive suite of executive training videos designed to strengthen leadership communication across the organization. Developed in close collaboration with both teams, the series provides practical guidance and on-camera demonstrations to help executives enhance how they engage employees, build trust with customers, and convey key messages to the media. By combining strategic storytelling with clear communication techniques, the program empowers Zendesk’s leaders to deliver consistent, authentic, and impactful messages that reflect the company’s brand and values.
