People’s interactions with financial services companies are increasingly complex – taking place across many virtual and digital platforms that are continually evolving and growing. In our work with clients, FGI always thinks about the end user and how to make their journey a smoother and more engaging experience across all channels.

Ambac Financial Group is a long-standing FGI client. As such, we proposed a reimagined, fresh approach to their website that would enhance their audiences’ digital experience. We introduced a digital prototype that made it easier for visitors to find the right information, i.e. primary corporate content, filings, events, presentations and press releases. We wanted to show Ambac how to more effectively communicate with investors, clients, media and employees, and advance the perception of the corporate brand.

Based on our years of experience with digital projects and financial organizations, FGI believes that at a fundamental level corporate users and consumers actually want the same thing – clear and engaging content, less steps required to find relevant information, and a clean, easy-to-navigate user experience. Our solution was developed using an intelligent and organized content architecture and a dynamic web layout. The refined, modern design builds on the company’s “One Ambac” business philosophy and enables important information and site imagery to stand out.
