FGI is considered one of the go-to agencies for helping some of the world’s largest companies create advertising and marketing materials that reach their target audience and encourage shareholder participation in significant corporate activities.
In one of the biggest proxy fights in years, DuPont and activist investor Nelson Peltz were courting shareholders, ranging from mutual funds to mom-and-pop investors, to vote in favor of their recommended Board slate. FGI was engaged to create and implement an aggressive communications campaign, consisting of compelling print and online advertising, email communications, direct mailings and other supportive literature aimed at the retail investor.
DuPont emerged from its annual shareholders meeting with its Board of Directors intact. FGI is proud to have been an integral part of the project team and of the effective, timely work we created for the company.
